I’m a transformer and a perspective expander – I have lived through many forms of self-transformation including leaving a marriage, moving abroad to a new country, uncoupling from religion, experiencing burnout, and leaving a corporation to embark on each next dream runway. These deeply challenging and rewarding experiences have offered me wisdom and passion to support others to courageously recognize when it’s time to develop onwards and continue creating and living the life of their dreams. I’m not afraid of the unknown, because I know that is where we grow. I love to dive into fear – the spaces where we grow.

My passion and purpose is the transformation and development of the human condition through self-connection, healing, and community. My core values are joy activism, love consciousness, and growth orientation and I actively embrace them through photography, coaching, poetry, leadership development, container alchemy, and community development. With roots in Lebanon and Syria, growing up as a first generation American, having resided in Europe for almost a decade, I am fueled by the possibility of perspective.

Professionally, I have spent over 10 years creating empathy-based and human-centered work, including Leadership Development learning, Human-Centered Design Strategic projects, and formerly led Culture and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Gender Equity for a global organization of 70,000 employees.

I hold an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, am a Certified Professional Coach, am a Certified Project Manager, and have Design Thinking Certifications from Stanford d.school and IDEO. I am a poet, photographer, leadership and life transformation coach, creator, and most importantly:

a heart-centered human, being.
